What I am Reading Now

I made the commitment this year to read 24 books to improve myself professionally and personally. I thought it would be great to share a few of my recent and current reads with you that I have really been enjoying.

I couldn’t be more thrilled – I have been asking around for book recommendations, and here are a few awesome books that I have been reading, thanks to others’ suggestions.

Fred Factor – Mark Sanborn – Practical and fast read about being amazing is anything you do!

Go Put Your Strengths to Work – Marcus Buckingham – I love this approach: focus on what you do best, and spend less time on what you are not good at!

StrengthsFinder 2.0 – Tom Rath – This book includes an assessment to identify your top 5 strengths, and great ideas for making the most of them.

The Advantage – Patrick Lencioni – Organizational Health, and why this matters.

Survival is Not Enough – Seth Godin – We must always be evolving.

Made to Stick – Chip & Dan Heath – How to make your ideas last.

Setting the Table – Danny Meyer – why hospitality matters in any job.

I would love to hear what you are reading now, please share with me in the comments below!
