The seemingly small thought that changed my life, started back when I was 14 years old. I thought to myself, “if people can come from nothing and create insane amounts of wealth in one lifetime, then shouldn’t someone like myself coming from a middle class family who has the support from their family and lives in “The Land of Opportunity” be able to easily do the same thing?”

So here I am, 14 years old and wondering what it is that allows someone who starts with so much less can end up creating so much more for themselves.

I now know the simple answer to this, and that is – comfort creates mediocrity, and pain motives change.

Now keeping in mind how young I was at the time, my number one goal was to become a professional paintball player, so I begged my parents to let me get a paintball gun so I could work hard and become like the other professionals I watched online and on the DVDs I owned. Not only did I want to become a professional paintball player but I wanted to play on the best team in the world, team Dynasty. This team had the highest winning record in the sport and my goal was to be playing side by side all the guys I had grown up watching.

Long story short, my parents got me that gun, and in just 4 years I had traveled the world and won over $300,000 playing paintball. At age 17 I won the largest prize in the history of the sport which was $160,000 in one weekend. Oh and sure enough, you guessed it, I secured a spot on team Dynasty playing side by side with all the guys I grew up watching.

This begins my story of how the mystery of personal success and fulfillment began to unfold itself to me. That small thought I had a decade ago, led me on a journey of personal development and self mastery that I never knew I would be on and I’m so blessed to be able to share my story and my passion with you today.

After investing countless hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars in my education – I have learned, applied and perfected the science of personal success and happiness.

Here’s a little tip, successful people and happy people ask better questions.

Think about it. Your questions will control your focus and your focus will determine your thoughts, which will determine your emotions, and your emotions will determine your actions or behavior, and your actions or behavior will determine your results or outcomes in everyday life, and those will inevitably determine your success and happiness. It’s relatively simple.

Consistently ask better questions and control your focus and you’ll begin experiencing success and happiness like never before.

I’ll leave you with a question to ponder on, what areas of your life do you want to improve right now, and what’s been holding you back from making the necessary changes?
