To find out what one is fitted to do, and to secure an opportunity to do it, is the key to happiness.

Do you have the tools, resources and roadmaps to get to the work you love?
Do you wake up excited for the work ahead of you each day, or do you feel a sense of dread? Do you want to know what it takes to make the journey to work you love?
I am excited to connect with Mark Sieverkropp, Scott Barlow, and the team at “Happen To Your Career” Who see helping others in this pursuit as their mission – I know you will want check out their podcast as well.
Don’t wait for your career to happen – happen to your career!
Check out the website and for more information.
Jon! I’m excited to connect with you as well! Thanks so much for sharing our mission! We are so excited to be on this journey and helping people transition to work that they love!!
Absolutely Mark! I know what you and Scott are doing will be a much needed bright spot in other’s lives!
was talking to Scott yesterday and he’d just got off the phone with someone who’s applied to over 500 jobs and only 5 interviews! Scott spent half an hour, put together a job search plan with her and gave her the encouragement to keep working at it and the roadmap to continue!
That’s the type of leader we’re following here at HTYC! THAT’s what this campaign is about, that type of help and encouragement!
What a great example!
Thanks for sharing the resource, Jon!
Tom! Thanks so much for taking the time to take a look at what we’re doing!
My pleasure Tom, thank you for checking it out!
Thanks for this post. When it comes to our passions and purpose the key is to start moving toward those areas where we are at right now.
What’s that old saying? A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step? It’s likewise as we work toward work that we love! It may seem like we’re a million miles away (I’ve been there), but like you said, we just gotta start where we are and start moving in the right direction. Our goal at HTYC is to help people determine which direction to step, and inspire, encourage and suppor them to actually take the step!
Thanks for taking the time to learn about what we’re doing!
Mark – that quote was my first post : )

Ha! what are the odds??
Dan, starting up and building momentum is the most important (and often most difficult) part! Thank you for always adding great insights – I consider your thoughts to be a great contribution to my posts.
Glad to join the conversation.
Just interviewed Scott and it was a blast! Excited to see these guys SKYROCKET to success.
I look forward to that interview! I believe this will make a great case study of how success is contagious
Alex, when does that interview go live? I’m excited to hear it as well! Scott’s an awesome guy!
I’d love to post it live this Friday, but a few quirks have appeared in my path on The Leadership Dojo. (Also, it’s my first week at my new job!)
Gotcha. Well definitely let us know when it goes live so we can share it with our circles! Thanks Alex!
Congrats on the new job too!!
